• Coordinating professional photo shoot packages (models, photographers, location, equipment, etc.).
• Collaborating with brands and companies on advertising campaigns.
• Organizing professional workshops and fashion shows.

3. Website Usage Terms

• Use the website for lawful purposes only.
• No copying or distributing content without consent.
• Agency may restrict access for violations.

4. Bookings and Payments

• Booking is confirmed only after payment.
• Accepted methods are listed on the website or agreed with the client.
• Notify 48 hours in advance for cancellation/refund.

5. Payment and Commission Policy

1. Initial Payment (Deposit)

• 50% deposit before any project/service.
• Confirmed after client approval.

2. Final Payment (Remaining Balance)

• Remaining 50% due within 1 day of completion.
• Late payment may incur fees/legal action.

3. Agency Commission

• 25% commission on total service amount.
• Excludes model’s direct costs.

4. Taxes

• 14% VAT not included in quotes.
• Client bears responsibility for taxes.

5. Late Payment Terms

• Delayed payment may lead to suspension.
• 5% weekly late fee may apply.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Late cancellations may lose part or full payment.
• If agency cancels, refund or rescheduling is offered.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content is owned or licensed.
• No reuse without written consent.

8. Privacy Policy

• Data collected only for service and communication.
• No sharing without consent unless legally required.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Not liable for losses from site use.
• No guarantee of uninterrupted service.

10. Pricing and Billing System

• Rates are hourly, half-day, or full-day.
• Hour = 60 mins, Half-day = 4 hours, Full-day = 8 hours.
